Today marks the official release of the 2012 Transitional Colorado Assessment Program (TCAP) results. Information about scores can be found on the District 27J website at www.sd27j.org . Other information about scores can be found at local media outlets, and the Colorado Department of Education at http://www.cde.state.co.us/ .
We are thrilled to share great news about Turnberry’s performance. Overall, our performance increased in 6 of 9 categories, and we went from 3 tests above the state and district average to 5 tests above. A summary of our scores:

The celebrations confirm that our instructional behavior changes were positive and good for kids as reflected by the scores. Celebrate this achievement. I believe that the scores are a result of our focus, and confirm that we are headed in the right direction. We have significant work yet to do, but this is a good indicator of our progress.
